In Chainveyor® systems, many combinations of curves may be achieved by joining standard horizontal and vertical curves. Power curves are fabricated from 2 3/8″, T-304 stainless steel and are designed to work-harden through use. This eliminates the expense of heat treating and straightening. Curves are accurately machined to align with straight track sections and are squared at the point of tangency.
Available radiuses are 24″, 36″ and 48″ for horizontal turns and 24″ vertical curves. Standard degrees include 15, 30, 45, 90, and 180 for horizontal turns and for vertical curves. Special curves are also available upon request.
